BBQ CHICKEN, AVOCADO, AND CHEESE MELT

Ingredients
Two slices of sourdough bread
Mayonnaise (optional)
Plain or barbecue marinated chicken mini fillets
Barbecue sauce
1/2 avocado (sliced)
Slices of #eatlean Tasty Cheese
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Green chilli (optional)
Method
To build your chicken melt, add a layer of mayonnaise to your bottom slice of bread (optional).
Layer barbecue chicken with a drizzle of barbecue sauce.
Add two slices of Eatlean Tasty Cheese – or more if your bread is bigger.
Thinly slice the avocado and place it on top of the cheese.
Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with sliced green chilli (optional).
Top with the second slice of bread.
Heat a large pan and spray with low-calorie cooking spray.
Place the sandwich in the pan and toast over high heat for 2 minutes.
Gently flip to the other side and cook for another 2 minutes.
Continue to flip the sandwich until the cheese starts to melt and the bread is golden brown. Enjoy while still warm!
