Charlotte is a qualified nutritionist, who has taught nutrition in schools for over 10 years. Back in 2018 she was the face of Slimming World. She even featured as the cover girl for an edition of the SW magazine! We are absolutely delighted to have her on-board as one of our official Eatlean ambassadors.

We caught up with her recently to ask her a few questions about her weight-loss, and how Eatlean has helped her along the way:

First of all. Can you please give me a brief summary of your weight loss….. how much have you lost in what space of time?

​I’ve lost over 4 stone in around a year.


 Starting your weight loss journey can in many ways be the hardest step! How did you start yours and what was your inspiration to start?

Knowing there is never a right time, other than now! Then I was finally prepared to make changes to my whole lifestyle, and changing my way of life which has led me to where I was. I saw a picture of myself and I didn’t even recognise myself anymore. I followed a few inspirational accounts online and the rest is history.


How do you manage to stay on plan, what motivated you?

Making small changes and every day making steps which would make me healthier and happier. Any challenges I hit, I would brain storm solutions. Feeling healthier and more confident in my own skin kept me motivated even in the most difficult times. Focusing and celebrating on all the non scale victories, as behaviour change is the key to long term success.


 How important has your weight loss been to your mental, physical and overall health?   How has it helped?

​Its changed my life! It has given me the confidence I never had, tons of energy and an inner strength and determination I never knew I had. Its led to new opportunities, trying new things and even making new friends.

How did you first come across Eatlean?

One of my friends tried it, and recommended she knew I would love it!


 How beneficial have you found introducing Eatlean to your diet in achieving you weight loss goals?

I’m a huge cheese fan, so finding a cheese with less fat and more protein was like a dream come true! You can get a whopping 90g of the spreadable as a healthy a choice on slimming world, or 70g of the block!

What is your favourite meal to make with Eatlean?

I love making a Nacho style feast with the spreadable or using the bake as part of a cheese board with nibbles and things to dunk.


What advice would you give anyone who is wanting to follow in your footsteps?

Start and keeping going! Fall in love with taking care of yourself.


In an apocalypse, which Eatlean protein cheese would you survive on?

​The spreadable as I can use it in savoury dishes like my nacho feast, or to make a cheesecake!
