This recipe introduces our newest product to the Eatlean Family - Eatlean SKYR. A thick, creamy and fruity flavour packed Icelandic style yoghurt which is naturally high in protein. In this recipe we've teamed up our SKYR with our Super-porridge to create an overnight oats bowl that is packed with goodness to give you the very best start to the day. You can use the basis of this recipe with either of our SKYR flavours and switch up the fruit accordingly.

    • 150g Skyr Pouch
    • 150ml Skimmed Milk
    • 70g Superporridge Oats
    • 50g Mango
    • 1 Passion Fruit
    • 1/2 Peach
    • 1TSP Chia Seeds



    In a bowl add the Super Porridge, along with the Skyr, milk and chia seeds and stir well


    Add to a glass jar and chill overnight


    Remove from the fridge and top the overnight oats with the chopped mango, and peach, stirring through the passionfruit pulp.
