    • Egg for washing pastry



    Cut the pastry down to size, and lay out the pastry square on a chopping board


    Top with lightly cooked bacon medallions and two slices of Sliced Eatlean Protein Cheese


    Fold in the two opposing corners and pop onto a baking sheet before washing lightly with egg, then bake for 20-25 mins at 180 degrees until golden and crispy
