    • 200g Baked Beans
    • Bacon Medallions x2 (Low Fat)
    • Eggs x2
    • 50g Grated Protein Cheese
    • 50g Cherry Tomatoes
    • Chilli Flakes & Parsley to serve



    Add the beans to your Eatlean Bake Pots, and level off, then top with cherry tomatoes


    Add the bacon bits and then crack an egg into the dish


    Add a good handful of Eatlean Grated Protein Cheese to the dish and then pop into the oven and bake until the egg sets and the cheese is bubbling.


    Finish with a sprinkling of chilli flakes and fresh parsley, enjoy!
