Ingredients
- 1 Medium Baked Potato
- 1 Red Pepper
- 1 Green Pepper
- 25g Jalepenos
- 10g BBQ Rub
- 50g Grated Protein Cheese
- 1 Chicken Breast
Method

Slice the potato and chop into fries, then add to a baking tray with a little spray of oil and bake for 20 mins.

Add the peppers, the chicken, the Grated Protein Cheese, the jalepenos and the BBQ Rub

Bake until the cheese has melted and turned crispy. Enjoy!
