Easter weekend is here and you might have spent a full week home schooling with the kids - these treats are something that you and the kids can make in a matter of minutes, and enjoy together this weekend.

Each cake contains just 120 calories and 5g of fat, and we've opted for low sugar ingredients throughout (apart from the mini eggs, but can you have Easter without Mini Eggs??!) - so there's still room for Easter Eggs over the bank holiday! Stay home, get baking, and enjoy these as a family.

Eatlean Spreadable - We've added our Spreadable into the mix here as it works really well to add an extra layer of indulgence to sweet dishes as well as savoury. Our spreadable contains 40% less fat than a regular Spreadable Cheese and is low in sugar too.

Sweet Freedom Chocolate Spread - This chocolate pot contains a whole lot of delicious chocolatey goodness, whilst being low calorie, low fat and low sugar. With 75% less fat & half the calories of the leading chocolate spread...it really is a winner!

    • 50g Rice Krispies
    • 75g Spreadable Protein Cheese
    • 25g Margarine (low fat)
    • 1 TBSP Chocolate Spread
    • 18 Mini Eggs



    In a bowl add the margarine, protein cheese and chocolate spread then pop into the microwave


    Heat for two minutes, pausing every 30 seconds to give it a good stir


    Mix together well and then fold in the Rice Kripsies until fully coated and sticky


    Spoon into cases, top with mini eggs and then pop into the fridge to chill
